Today we went by Batdorf and Bronson coffee roasters to have some training on how to pull a kick ass espresso. We learned a LOT! It was so informative and our teacher Chandler definitely inspired each one of us!

We got to see the process of roasting from the green bean all the way up to pouring the espresso and drinking a fresh latte. Yum!
It tickled me that even though Krystle doesn't drink coffee, she was the star pupil in class, pulling the best espresso and steaming milk to it's most velvety. (Jerk!)
We're so happy to have chosen a company that is so obviously in love with their product and craft.
I for one can not wait to hook up our machines and start working!
